All Tents will be available as from the Thursday 15th October at 1pm until Monday 19th October at 8am.
=>Single Tent (x45) - Rs 1000 pax (For 1 person only, 1 mattress - No extra mattress, Pillow or Bedding given) - As from Thursday
=>VIP Tent (x9) - Rs 5000 (For 2 persons only, includes 2 Palette beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 mattresses, 2 pillows) - As from Thursday

The first paying 78 riders (39 teams) to enter and pay for the FULL-STAGE TEAM race will receive the official jersey 2026 offered by our sponsor Aerosporting.
Full stage riders’ fee includes all meals at the race village:

RACE PACK:
If you do not collect your Race-Pack on the specified Race Pack Collection day you will forfeit your Cap, T-shirt and Goodies and only receive your race number on the day.

Massages and Physio treatments will be available through-out the event by our partners W+ Life Health and Wellness Centre.
Please note: A minimum of 8 participants (4 teams) is required per category for sponsorship purposes. All categories will still be reflected in the final timing results.
The main prize ceremony will take place after the 3rd stage on Sunday, and participants can check their official rankings after each stage on ROAG.org.

C Care our medical partner will be available at the Race Village and on the course and will be accessible to assist any participants and spectators for any emergency needs.
In case of emergency, each rider will have an emergency number on their race board. We encourage each rider to keep their phones on them during the race.

Kids Race - Saturday 17th October 2026
2:15pm: 11-13 years old - Approx - 8 to 10 km
2:45pm: 9-10 years old - Approx 4 km
3:15pm: 6-8 years old - Approx 2 Km
*Please note that the Kids race is not officially timed.
