Sport has always given me strength, resilience, and the confidence to overcome challenges. Every time I run, I'm reminded that good health is a privilege that many people do not have.

This is what motivates me to fundraise for kids and adults in need of the best medical and healthcare support to help improve their quality of life despite their unfortunate condition.

This year I am running the Ferney Trail again but this time supporting MDA.
